Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 1 business day after processing purchase. When we receive your order and ship it out, you will receive emails notifications.
You will receive an email after your order is processed and shipped with your tracking information. This will include the carrier and the number.
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer returns on broken or damaged items within the first two weeks of use. Just ship back the broken item, and we will be happy to send a replacement.
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. As we grow, we will offer this in the future!
